Description

INDICATIONS

Cattle:

TYLOWIN 20% Injection is indicated for the treatment of:

  • Bovine respiratory disease complex (shipping fever, pneumonia) associated with Pasteurella multocida and Actinomyces pyogenes.
  • Foot rot (necrotic pododermatitis).
  • Calf diphtheria caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum.
  • Metritis caused by Actinomyces pyogenes.

Sheep:

  • Pneumonia
  • Arthritis
  • Contagious and acute agalactia due to Mycoplasma agalactiae.
  • Mastitis

Goats:

  • Contagious pleuropneumonia caused by Mycoplasma mycoides.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Do not use in animals known to be hypersensitive to TyloWIN 20% or any of the formulation components.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

  • Cattle:
    • Administer 5-10 mg/kg body weight once daily by intramuscular injection.
    • Do not exceed 10 ml per injection site.
  • Sheep and Goats:
    • Administer 10 mg/kg body weight once daily by intramuscular injection.
    • Do not exceed 5 ml per injection site.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

Cattle:

  • Meat and offal: 7 days
  • Milk: 72 hours

Sheep and Goats:

  • Meat and offal: 7 days
  • Milk: 48 hours
